The construction of the soccer field will be financed by the International Football Federation (FIFA).  Meanwhile, a total of 22 soccer stadiums in Indonesia have been audited and evaluated by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. These stadiums pose a high risk for the holding of League One, League Two and the Under-20 World Cup in 2023.  From the results of the audit and evaluation, there were 5 stadiums with heavy damage, 13 stadiums with moderate damage, and 4 stadiums with light damage. All of these stadiums will need to be demolished, some will be rehabilitated, some will only need minor renovations.
