Sri Mulyani Removed Position of Rafael Alun Trisambodo
The Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati removed Rafael Alun Trisambodo from his position as Head of the General Section at the Regional Office (Kanwil) at the Jakarta DJP Regional Office. This dismissal was the aftermath of the persecution that his son, Mario Dandy Satrio, committed against David, the son of Ansor Youth Movement (GP) administrators.
"I ordered the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Finance to examine the assets of RAT (Rafael Alun Trisambodo), last February 23, the Inspector General examined the assets in question. In order for the Ministry of Finance to be able to carry out inspections, starting today, you will be removed from your duties and position," Sri Mulyani said in a press conference at the Ministry of Finance's DGT Office, Jakarta, Friday (24/2).
Minister of Finance explained that Rafael's dismissal was based on Article 31 paragraph 1 PP 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Discipline. Going forward, the Ministry of Finance through the Inspectorate General will carry out another examination to determine disciplinary punishment for Rafael Alun Trisambodo.

"I ask that all examinations be carried out in detail and thoroughly until then we can determine the disciplinary punishment that we can determine. I have also asked that the examination of the RAT's violations be followed up," he stated.
Previously, viral on social media Twitter information about the persecution and kidnapping of a minor named David. The victim was reportedly in a coma after being abused by a man with the initials MDS whose status is the son of an echelon II official at the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) of the Ministry of Finance.
In this case, the South Jakarta Metro Police have named MDS as a suspect in the persecution of David. This determination is made after the title of the case and the investigator gets at least two pieces of evidence.
"The MDS suspect has been detained," said South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi in a written statement, Wednesday (22/2).
Meanwhile, investigators have not been able to collect information from the victim. Because, David is still undergoing intensive care in the hospital. "The victim cannot yet be questioned because he is still being treated at the hospital," explained Ade Ary.

"Saya perintahkan Inspektorat Kementerian Keuangan memeriksa harta saudara RAT (Rafael Alun Trisambodo), 23 Februari lalu Irjen telah memeriksa harta yang bersangkutan. Dalam rangka Kemenkeu mampu melaksanakan pemeriksaan, maka mulai hari ini saudara RAT dicopot dari tugas dan jabatan," kata Sri Mulyani dalam konferensi pers di Kantor DJP Kemenkeu, Jakarta, Jumat (24/2).
Menkeu menjelaskan, pencopotan Rafael didasarkan pada Pasal 31 ayat 1 PP 94 Tahun 2021 mengenai Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Ke depan, Kemenkeu melalui Inspektorat Jenderal akan melakukan pemeriksaan kembali guna menetapkan hukuman disiplin bagi Rafael Alun Trisambodo.

"Saya minta seluruh pemeriksaan dilakukan secara detail dan teliti hingga kemudian menetapkan hukuman disiplin yang kami dapat tetapkan. Saya juga sudah meminta agar pemeriksaan pelanggaran saudara RAT ditindaklanjuti," tandasnya.
Sebelumnya, viral di media sosial Twitter informasi tentang penganiayaan dan penculikan terhadap anak di bawah umur bernama David. Korban dikabarkan sampai koma usai dianiaya oleh pria berinisial MDS yang berstatus sebagai anak seorang pejabat eselon II di Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) Kementerian Keuangan.
Dalam hal ini, Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan telah menetapkan MDS sebagai tersangka penganiayaan David. Penetapan ini dilakukan usai gelar perkara dan penyidik mendapat minimal dua alat bukti.
"Tersangka MDS telah ditahan," kata Kapolres Metro Jakarta Selatan Kombes Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi dalam keterangan tertulis, Rabu (22/2).
Sementara itu, penyidik belum bisa mengambil keterangan korban. Sebab, David masih menjalani perawatan intensif di rumah sakit. "Korban masih belum dapat dimintai keterangan karena masih dirawat di rumah sakit," jelas Ade Ary.
