Division of Su'udzan
𝗣𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗦𝗨'𝗨𝗗𝗭𝗔𝗡
𝘖𝘭𝘦𝘩 : 𝘈𝘩𝘮𝘢𝘥 𝘚𝘺𝘢𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘯 𝘛𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘲
Su'udzan or prejudice is originally forbidden, the law is that some are merely makruh but some are even forbidden. However, the law can change according to special cases or circumstances.
𝟭. 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺, for example su'udzan to righteous people and generally Muslims.
𝟮. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗿𝘂𝗵, for example, often su'udzan to anyone without a valid reason or strong evidence.
𝟯. 𝗕𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗵, for example su'udzan to people who are known to be immoral and like to lie.
𝟰. 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗻, for example su'udzan to a fasiq person, or someone who expresses hostility or threatens harm.
