Momen membanggakan dari dua atlet Indonesia itu turut diapresiasi oleh Google. Melalui laman pencarian mesin populer tersebut, jika kita mengetikkan nama Veddriq Leonardo atau Rizki Juniansyah, maka di layar mesin pencarian akan terlihat sebuah gambar medali emas.
Gambar medali emas itu muncul dari arah tengah bawah di mesin pencarian Google. Jika gambar medali emas itu diklik, maka akan ada keterangan informasi atlet peraih medali emasi tersebut. Misalnya ketika kita mengetik nama Veddriq Leonardo, maka muncul tulisan "Veddriq Leonardo memenangkan medali emas untuk panjang tebing cepat putra".

Pop-up yang biasa disebut “easter eggs” Google Search ini muncul, baik saat “googling” lewat platform mobile maupun Google versi web.
Setelah mengetik kueri “Veddriq Leonardo” atau “Rizki Juniansyah” di Google Search, nantinya akan muncul tombol berwarna biru yang memuat medali, yang terletak di tengah bawah halaman Google Search versi web, dan di kanan bawah Google Search versi mobile.
