Anies' latest answer to the announcement of the vice presidential candidate amid Democrat pressure
The Democratic Party, which is one of the supporters of the presidential candidate (candidate) Anies Baswedan, asked Anies to announce his vice presidential candidate this June. Anies also gave the latest answer when asked about the announcement of his cawapres which the party supporting him had been waiting for.
"Wow, that's exciting," said Anies in answer to a question about when the long-awaited announcement of the vice presidential candidate was announced, as reported by detikJateng, Tuesday (13/6/2023).
This was conveyed by Anies when met at the Indonesian Art Institute (ISI), Solo, Central Java, Monday (12/6). Even though he called the announcement of the long-awaited cawapres an exciting thing, Anies was still reluctant to divulge the date of the announcement and the figure of his cawapres.
"When the time is there, it will be delivered later," he said.
Anies also answered a question about the name of Democrat Ketum Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), who was claimed by PDIP to be listed as the candidate for vice presidential candidate Ganjar Pranowo.
"Yes, that's it, thank you," said Anies in response to a question about AHY being on the radar of Ganjar's vice presidential candidate.
Anies is a candidate for president who is being carried by a coalition of NasDem, PKS and Democrats. Later, the Democrats urged Anies to announce his choice of vice presidential candidate this June.
Jawaban Terbaru Anies soal Pengumuman Cawapres di Tengah Desakan Demokrat
Partai Demokrat, yang merupakan salah satu pendukung bakal calon presiden (capres) Anies Baswedan, meminta Anies mengumumkan cawapresnya pada bulan Juni ini. Anies pun memberi jawaban terbaru saat ditanya terkait pengumuman cawapresnya sudah ditunggu-tunggu partai pendukungnya itu.
"Wah seru dong," kata Anies menjawab pertanyaan soal kapan pengumuman cawapres yang sudah ditunggu-tunggu seperti dilansir detikJateng, Selasa (13/6/2023).
Hal itu disampaikan Anies saat ditemui di Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI), Solo, Jateng, Senin (12/6). Meski menyebut pengumuman cawapres yang ditunggu-tunggu itu sebagai hal seru, Anies tetap enggan membocorkan tanggal pengumuman dan sosok cawapresnya.
"Begitu waktunya ada, nanti disampaikan," tuturnya.
Anies juga menjawab pertanyaan soal nama Ketum Demokrat Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) yang diklaim PDIP masuk bursa bakal cawapres Ganjar Pranowo.
"Ya gitu ya, makasih ya," ujar Anies menjawab pertanyaan soal AHY masuk radar cawapres Ganjar.
Anies merupakan bakal capres yang diusung koalisi NasDem, PKS dan Demokrat. Belakangan, Demokrat mendesak Anies agar mengumumkan cawapres pilihannya pada Juni ini.
