Recognition of the parking attendant when the prospective doctor goes berserk at the Pirngadi Hospital, calls the car owner honking repeatedly
A video recording a medical student from the Koas team rampaging at visitors at the Pirngadi Hospital, Medan, North Sumatra, has gone viral on social media.
The incident occurred in the hospital parking lot on Monday (10/4/2023).
In the circulating video, the prospective doctor can be seen saying that he is not afraid of going viral if he feels uncomfortable when he is continuously being recorded.
The student, who is known to have the initials FP, then opened the car door while pulling the video recorder to solve the problem outside the car.
But the recorder felt that FP had beaten him.
“Beating guys this is beating this, he's tugging at me, this is it. What doctor are you?" the recorder said.
The car owner honked his horn repeatedly
A parking attendant at the Pirngadi Hospital in Medan, Fendi, who was a witness to the incident, revealed the true facts.
Fendi revealed, the incident started from a parking misunderstanding.
The young doctor named Fladiniyah Puluhulawa initially parked his car right in front of the video recorder.
Impatient, the video recorder kept on honking.
"So yesterday the Koas boy wanted to park his car. And his position was in front of the car that was filming it. The owner of the car seemed impatient. The problem is that the Koas boy's car is so cool that he keeps on honking," said Fendi, Monday (10/4/2023 ).
He said that the owner of the car as well as a video recorder, was known at that time not to have a patient with him.
According to him, the action of the car owner who kept on honking the horn allegedly made the prospective doctor emotional.
"Yes, who is not annoyed, the one behind should be patient. Instead of honking," he continued.
He said that after the argument, the two parties left the location and the Koas student immediately went to the Pirngadi Hospital in Medan.
The car owner reported the student coas to the police
The video recorder and car owner, known as Burhanuddin, finally opened his voice regarding his case with the young doctor which is currently viral on social media.
It is known that Burhanuddin immediately reported the incident to the East Medan Police with an alleged case of abuse.
"Yes, I reported it there, I told the chronology to the police and I made a case of persecution," said Burhan, Tuesday (11/4/2023),
He admitted that his wife was subjected to violence from the Koas student, namely forcing his wife to get out of the car.
In fact, according to Burhanuddin, the prospective doctor at the Pirngadi Hospital in Medan withdrew his wife because he did not accept that Burhan's wife had filmed it.
"Already screaming he came to my wife, suddenly opened the car door and told my wife to get down," he explained.
"My wife's hair was scattered and even supported. Because the woman pulled my wife out of the car," he said.
The case was then reported to the East Medan Police, Medan Polrestrabes with a reporter named Maya Sylivia.
Hospital explanation
Meanwhile, the Public Relations Officer of the Pirngadi Medan Hospital, Edison Perjuangann-angin said that FP admitted that he had not hit Maya Sylvia.
"According to his (FP) confession, there was none. His confession was yes, we didn't see it. We asked (FP) for his confession, there was no beating. Only he (FP) did try to open the car door," Edison told reporters at the Pirngadi Hospital.
Previously, Edison also said that the dispute between the car driver and the car driver was triggered by a parking problem.
"Look, that's what happened in the Pirngadi area. Earlier we immediately called the commanding officer, heard a description of why it happened that way. First according to his confession, he was honking back and forth impatiently, when he came out," said Edison
"The word KOAS actually said that the mother was also rude, talking but no one recorded it. 'At that time I (spoke) was rude,'" Edison said, imitating the student's words.
Edison said that the student had been practicing coas at the Pirngadi Hospital for six months. As a prospective doctor, the coordinator should be more patient.
Regarding this issue, the Pirngadi Hospital will impose ethical sanctions on those concerned. The form of sanctions will still be discussed with hospital officials and institutions where they study.
Edison also emphasized that this incident was not related to the service function at the Pirngadi Hospital, as was widely circulated on social media.
East Medan Police Chief Kompol Rona Tambunan confirmed the report.
However, he has not specified the form of abuse that Maya Sylvia experienced and is still conducting an investigation.
"It's true (the report), the case is currently being handled by us," said Rona to Kompas.com via WhatsApp message, Tuesday (11/4/2023).

Dalam video yang beredar tampak calon dokter itu mengatakan tak takut diviralkan saat merasa tak nyaman saat ia terus direkam.
Mahasiwi yang diketahui berinisial FP itu lantas membuka pintu mobil sambil menarik perekam video agar menyelesaikan masalah di luar mobil.
Namun perekam merasa FP melakukan pemukulan pada dirinya.
“Pemukulan guys ini pemukulan ini, dia narik-narik saya, ini dia. Kau dokter apa?" ujar perekam.
Pemilik mobil bunyikan klakson berkali-kali
Seorang juru parkir RS Pirngadi Medan, Fendi, yang menjadi saksi kejadian tersebut mengungkapkan fakta sebenarnya.
Diungkapkan Fendi, kejadian tersebut berawal dari kesalahpahaman parkir.
Dokter muda bernama Fladiniyah Puluhulawa itu awalnya memarkirkan mobilnya tepat di depan mobil perekam video.
Karena tak sabar, perekam video itu terus membunyikan klaksonnya.
"Jadi kemarin itu anak koas mau memarkirkan mobilnya. Dan posisinya berada di depan mobil yang memvideokan itu. Pemilik mobil itu sepertinya nggak sabar. Soalnya asik klakson mobil si anak koas ini terus-terusan," kata Fendi, Senin (10/4/2023).
Ia mengatakan pemilik mobil sekaligus sosok perekam video, diketahui saat itu tak membawa pasien.
Menurutnya aksi pemilik mobil yang terus membunyikan klakson itu diduga membuat sang calon dokter tersulut emosi.
"Ya siapa yang nggak kesal, seharusnya yang di belakang itu sabar. Bukan malah mengklakson," lanjutnya.
Ia mengatakan usai cekcok, kedua pihak itu meninggalkan lokasi dan mahasiswi koas langsung masuk ke RS Pirngadi Medan.
Pemilik mobil laporkan mahasiswi koas ke polisi
Perekam video sekaligus pemilik mobil yang diketahui bernama Burhanuddin, akhirnya buka suara terkait kasusnya dengan dokter muda yang saat ini viral di media sosial.
Burhanuddin diketahui langsung melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke Polsek Medan Timur dengan dugaan kasus penganiayaan.
"Iya saya lapor ke sana, saya ceritakan kronologinya ke pihak kepolisian dan saya buat kasus penganiayaan," kata Burhan, Selasa (11/4/2023),
Ia mengaku sang istri mendapat tindak kekerasan dari mahasiswi koas yakni memaksa istrinya turun dari mobil.
Bahkan, menurut Burhanuddin, calon dokter RS Pirngadi Medan itu menarik istrinya karena tak terima divideokan oleh istri Burhan.
"Sudah teriak-teriak dia datangi istri saya, tiba-tiba buka pintu mobil dan menyuruh istri saya turun," jelasnya.
"Rambut istri saya sampai beserak bahkan sampai ditunjangnya. Karena perempuan itu narik istri saya keluar dari mobil," ungkap dia.
Kasus itu kemudian dilaporkan ke Polsek Medan Timur, Polrestrabes Medan dengan pelapor bernama Maya Sylivia.
Penjelasan pihak rumah sakit
Sementara itu Humas RSUD Pirngadi Medan, Edison Perangin-angin mengatakan bahwa FP mengaku tidak memukul Maya Sylvia.
"Menurut pengakuannya (FP) tidak ada. Pengakuan dia ya, kita kan tidak melihat. Pengakuan (FP) kita tanya, tidak ada pemukulan. Cuma dia (FP) memang berusaha membuka pintu mobil itu," ujar Edison kepada wartawan di RSUD Pirngadi.
Sebelumnya Edison juga mengatakan cekcok antara koas dan pengemudi mobil dipicu masalah parkir.
"Begini, itu kan kejadian di areal Pirngadi. Tadi sudah kita langsung panggil koas-nya, mendengar keterangan kenapa kejadiannya begitu. Pertama menurut pengakuannya, dia klakson bolak balik enggak sabar, sempat dia keluar," ujar Edison
"Kata koas itu sebenarnya ibu itu juga kasar, bicara cuma enggak ada yang merekam. 'Waktu itu aku (bicara) kasar direkamnya'," ujar Edison menirukan ucapan mahasiswa koas tersebut.
Edison mengatakan, mahasiswa itu sudah enam bulan menjalani praktik koas di RSUD Pirngadi. Seharusnya sebagai calon dokter, koas tersebut bisa lebih sabar lagi.
Terkait persoalan ini, RSUD Pirngadi pihaknya akan menjatuhkan sanksi etik kepada yang bersangkutan. Bentuk sanksinya masih akan dirapatkan dengan petinggi rumah sakit maupun institusi tempatnya belajar.
Edison juga menegaskan bahwa peristiwa ini tidak berkaitan dengan fungsi pelayanan di RSUD Pirngadi, seperti yang banyak beredar di media sosial.
Kapolsek Medan Timur Kompol Rona Tambunan membenarkan laporan tersebut.
Namun dia belum merinci bentuk penganiayaan yang dialami Maya Sylvia dan masih melakukan penyelidikan.
"Benar (laporannya), kasusnya sedang dalam penanganan kita," ujar Rona kepada Kompas.com melalui pesan WhatsApp, Selasa (11/4/2023).
