Admit Riding Alphard on the Airport Apron, Sri Mulyani: That's the protocol so far
Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati opened her voice regarding the upload of a photo showing a black Alphard car and a car from the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, which is said to be her entourage, in the apron area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang.
After attending a Working Meeting with Commission XI of the DPR RI, the state treasurer said, the upload showing his entourage's car entering the airport apron area had followed the applicable protocol provisions. This was conveyed by PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) as the airport operator.
"This has been explained by Angkasa Pura. The first is the protocol that has been given to me," said Sri Mulyani, in the Parliament Building area, Jakarta, Monday (27/3/2023).

He further said that he often made visits to the Soekarno Hatta Customs office when he was at the airport. Sri Mulyani took advantage of this moment to communicate and coordinate with her staff.
"And my office is there so I can coordinate and discuss with them. So if you enter the airport, you still follow the airport protocol," he said.
Therefore, the woman who is familiarly called Ani emphasized that the actions taken by her entourage were in accordance with applicable procedures. This procedure is also carried out by parties who have similar rights.
"The difference is that maybe others don't do it because they have their own place. For me, because Customs is under the Ministry of Finance, so I do it at once, which is an opportunity for me to have a discussion, check, chat with the head of the regional office and others," he said.
Previously, SM of Branch Communication & Legal at Soekarno-Hatta Airport M Holik Muardi said, under certain conditions and according to procedures (SOPs) that apply between agencies, there are protocol activities in handling VIPs carried out by related agencies at airports thatmanaged by the company.
"The protocol activities carried out are ensured according to the applicable SOP," said Holik in a written statement, Sunday (26/3/2023).
Holik said the activity was in accordance with procedures including the arrangement of personnel, equipment and the use of platform signs on vehicles.
"The vehicle platform is in the Limited Security Area (DKT) while still considering flight security and safety," he said.
