Homebake ~ Lapis Legit Prunes / Indonesian Thousand Layer Cake

Recipe
Ingredient 1:
700g room butter (can mix with blueband)
3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (SKM)
3 tbsp rum (optional)

Material 2:
40 egg yolks (if you want full shells you can use 45 eggs)
2 egg whites
300g powdered sugar

Ingredients 3 (sifted):
130g flour
20g milk powder
2-3 tbsp spekuk seasoning (don't give prunes)
* enough prunes
Method:
1. Prepare a 22x22x7cm sized pan, grease the bottom of the pan with butter and line it with baking paper, grease again. Preheat the oven to 200°c. 
2. Mixer butter until fluffy, light and soft. Add skim and mixer until well blended. 
3. Mixer ingredients 2 smp expand and thicken. Add ingredients 1 while beating until well blended (don't over mix)
4. Enter the 3 ingredients that have been sifted gradually into the egg mixture, fold in with a spatula until well blended. 
5. Weigh 95-100g / layer, oven with low heat until browned. Take it out, press the surface with a special tool to make it flat and solid. 
6. For the next layer, repeat step 5 but use only top heat and bake on the middle rack. Do it until the dough runs out. 
7. After the dough runs out, oven with fire up and down for about 5-10 minutes, cover the top with aluminum foil. Chill.
