Jackfruit Gourd Ribs Beef

INGREDIENTS:
about 700 grams of young jackfruit, clean cut into pieces, boil in boiling water until tender, drain and drain the water
500 grams of beef ribs / ground beef
2 - 2.5 L of water / as needed
300 ml thick coconut milk
Salt, mushroom broth, pepper and sugar to taste
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONING:
1 sheet of turmeric leaf
3 bay leaves
4 pieces of torn lime leaves 2
1 stalk lemongrass bruised
2 cm bruised galangal
FINE SEASONING :
10 red onions
5 cloves of garlic
3 large red chilies / according to taste
2 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
4 pieces of roasted hazelnut
1 tsp roasted coriander
1/4 tsp cumin powder
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Bring enough water to a boil first, add beef ribs, cook for a while then remove and drain, throw away the water
2. Re-boil the ribs in new water, remove the foam that floats, cook over medium low heat until the beef ribs are tender (about 1-1.5 hours)
3. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add the additional spices, stir-fry again until the spices are completely cooked and remove the oil
4. Enter the stir-fried spices into the rib stew, add the jackfruit, add salt, mushroom broth, pepper and sugar to taste, cook until the spices are absorbed.
5. Finally add thick coconut milk, cook and bring to a boil again, don't forget to check the taste
6. Beef rib jackfruit curry is ready to be served .
