Recipe for grilled chicken with fine spices

Prepare materials:

10 red onions
5 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of curly red chili
5 large red chilies
5 pecans, roasted
3 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric, roasted
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
Material:
1 free-range chicken, cut into 12 parts
1 teaspoon lime juice
2 lemongrass stalks, take the white, bruised
600 ml thin coconut milk, squeezed from thick coconut milk
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 pieces of kandis acid
200 ml thick coconut milk from 1 coconut
4 tablespoons oil for frying

How to make fried chicken:
1. Remove the fishy chicken by coating the chicken with a teaspoon of lime juice and salt. Leave it for 15 minutes. 

2. Saute ground spices and lemongrass until fragrant. Add the chicken pieces, cook until it changes color. 

3. Pour in the thin coconut milk, salt, sugar, and kandis acid. Cook until
boiling. 

4. Pour in the thick coconut milk, stir gently until the chicken is cooked and the spices are absorbed. 

5. Prepare a griddle or coal grill. Grill the chicken until the skin is brown. Serve with the remaining grilled chicken seasoning.
