1. Indian Filter Coffee (Kopi Filter India)
Originating from Tamil and South India, Indian Filter Coffee takes first place as the best coffee in Asia. Even though it is not as popular as other types of coffee, the characteristic of this coffee lies in the mixture of hot milk, sugar and brewed coffee powder that has been finely ground using a traditional filter in India.
At first glance, it looks similar to Vietnamese style coffee, there are two paper coffee filters used to hold the coffee grounds at the top, and the bottom to drip coffee.
This brewing technique is able to create a full-bodied type of coffee that has a unique and sweet taste. The texture is also quite thick, making it suitable for milk coffee fans to drink.
2. Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Es Kopi Vietnam)
If Indian Filter Coffee is served hot or warm, it is different from the second winner on this list. Namely Vietnamese Iced Coffee which comes from Vietnam and can be said to be famous in various countries.
Only two ingredients are used to make Vietnamese-style coffee. Namely dark roast ground coffee which tastes thick and sweetened condensed milk. How to brew it using a brewing device that uses a special French drip filter called a phin or metal filter for brewing coffee with hot water.
Then, the coffee will slowly drip through the filter and into the cup below. This Vietnamese style coffee can be enjoyed straight away when it is hot. However, the cold concoction is also popular with the addition of ice cubes and sweetened condensed milk.
3. Turk Kahvesi

In the last position there is another type of coffee from Vietnam which made it onto the list. As previously known, Vietnam has a distinctive coffee blend with a creamy texture called ca phe trung. This ca phe trung coffee is coffee mixed with eggs. Initially, some people would think that egg coffee was strange. Even though beaten raw eggs produce a creamy texture.
This Vietnamese egg coffee is made by beating egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk for approximately 10 minutes until it expands and has a soft texture like meringue.
Then, this egg mixture is slowly poured over the hot espresso. It can also be added to iced coffee concoctions, the taste of this coffee is very rich, not only does it taste of strong black coffee, but also the soft sweetness of the egg.
