– Since its launch at the beginning of this year, the Gemini application has continued to be developed and has even started to eliminate the Google Assistant function on Android devices. However, this application is not yet available in all countries.

Google started expanding the Gemini app to more countries at the end of April. This application can be accessed in all countries except the UK, Europe and Switzerland. Now, Gemini has expanded to more regions, including the UK and Europe.
The Gemini application can be downloaded and accessed by Android and iOS users since Wednesday, May 5. Especially for Android phones, people in the UK and Europe only need to download the application or extension via the Google Play Store.

Meanwhile, for devices with the iOS system, Gemini will be launched into the Google application. These Artificial Intelligence (AI) models will function as new tabs in the near future, but it's not yet clear what the tabs will look like and what their functions will be.

Since the Gemini app was launched, Google Assistant's functionality has regressed. Many Google Assistant features have been added to the Gemini application. What's more, this application can be used as a chatbot so that Gemini is superior.

"Many of the voice features you love in Google Assistant will be available through the Gemini app — including setting timers, making calls, and setting reminders — and we're working to  support  more in the future," Google said.

In addition to expanding the Gemini app to more countries, Google is also adding language support to the app. Now, the Gemini application supports Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean and many more.
