Prince Harry is too elite, out of touch with wider society
- Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will launch two new programs with Netflix. According to a British Royal expert, the event shows how out of touch the Duke of Sussex is with the masses.
One of the shows will focus on polo, while others will cover cooking, gardening and friendship. According to British Royal expert Rafe-Heydel Mankoo, these two events made Prince Harry and Meghan Markle "disconnected" with the general public.
"It actually shows the problem with Harry, because he made a show about polo, which is not something that appeals to the masses, shows that he doesn't have a lot of commercial skills," Mankoo told GB News.
"The problem is that polo is not like football. There is a reason why those sports are not played on television because they have a very small audience," he continued.
"Now, they have a very good team making a documentary series on the Wrexham football team. But again, this all shows that Prince Harry is actually quite out of touch with the public because of course, polo is a sport for kings," he added.
"So as much as he tries to tell us that he is far from a monarchy, a man of the people. It really shows that he is still part of a very exclusive elite group," he concluded.
