1. Switzerland

Albinen, a picturesque village in Switzerland, is fighting its demographic challenges by offering incentives to attract new residents.
Facing a declining young population, Albinen is giving $25,000 to newcomers under 45 who commit to living there full-time for at least a decade.
An additional $10,000 is available for each child, making it an attractive option for families looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to settle down.

Among the few countries that offer incentives for relocation, prospective residents can take advantage of opportunities in Kaitangata, a small town that aims to increase its population.
While not providing direct cash incentives, the city is facilitating affordable relocation through a land and housing package priced at $165,000.
3. Canada

The Saskatchewan Graduate Retention Program encourages college graduates to stay by providing a tax rebate of CAD 20,000 for a decade, contingent on maintaining residency and filing taxes in Canada.
