Hawai - The 8th richest person in the world according to Forbes, Mark Zuckerberg has just built a luxury residential complex in Hawaii.
Uniquely, in his new residence, Mark Zuckerberg built an underground bunker and a cattle farm on 1,400 hectares of land.
With great pride, the CEO of META creates content on his personal Instagram @zuck. In the video, Priscilla Chan's wife is having difficulty finding him, who turns out to be busy in an auditorium the size of a cinema playing video games.

"When your wife finds you in the 'bunker', playing video games," the Facebook founder wrote in the video.
So what else is unique about Mark Zuckerberg's new house in Hawaii? Based on Wired's report on Wednesday (17/1), here are several unique facts about the Instagram owner's new residence.
1. Wagyu cattle farming
The reason why Mark Zuckerberg admits that he wants to produce quality Wagyu beef in the world from his own farm.
"Started raising cattle at Ko'olau Ranch on Kauai. My goal is to create the best quality beef in the world," wrote Mark Zuckerber in the caption of his photo uploaded on Wednesday (10/1).
No kidding, he prepared food for his livestock in the form of macadamias and beer. This beer drink is usually used to increase the cow's appetite. Mark Zuckerberg's daughter also helps plant macadamia trees and care for his livestock.
"The livestock (animals) are Wagyu and Angus (Aberdeen Angus) and these animals will grow by eating macadamia feed and drinking beer that we grow and produce on this farm. We want the whole process to be local and integrated. "Each cow eats 5,000-10,000 pounds of food annually, so that's a lot of acres of macadamia trees needed," he added.
Wired said that Mark Zuckerberg prepared a large water tank about 16 meters in diameter and 5 meters high. This water tank is used on his farm.

2. Select the main island in Hawaii
Wired states Mark Zuckerberg chose land on Kauai, the smallest of Hawaii's four main islands.
This 1,400 hectare land has been built into a dream residence since 2014 under the name Koolau Ranch. The cost of building Mark Zuckerberg's new house is estimated at US$ 270 million or the equivalent of IDR 4.2 trillion (exchange rate IDR 15,638).
3. Has tight security
Mark Zuckerberg's dream house has tight security to protect his privacy. He even built a 2 meter high wall around his land.
Local residents who took part in the construction of Mark Zuckerberg's house in Hawaii also signed a confidentiality agreement before joining this project. Not a few were fired because they talked about the construction of their house on social media.
CCTV is located everywhere and security officers at his house patrol using ATVs in the gate and beach area.
4. Consists of 2 houses

According to Wired's report, the area of the building is equivalent to the size of a football field. It contains many luxurious rooms and facilities such as an elevator, 30 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, work space, conference room, kitchen, gym, sauna, swimming pool and even a tennis court.

It's not enough to have a house the size of a football field, Mark Zuckerberg also built 11 sturdy tree houses in the area of his house. From one unit to another unit it will be connected by a sturdy rope bridge.
6. Bunkers
This is the most unique part of Mark Zuckerberg's new house. Inside there are hidden doors, soundproof rooms, living rooms, mechanical rooms, auditoriums, and emergency doors. The area of the bunker is around 465 square meters and is connected to a tunnel.

Mark Zuckerberg also installed a lot of CCTV in this area. The doors used in these bunkers are made of metal and concrete with the general shape of bunker doors in general. What's amazing is that the door is soundproof.

Uniknya di tempat tinggal barunya ini Mark Zuckerberg sampai membuat bunker bawah tanah dan peternakan sapi di lahan seluas 1.400 hektare.
Dengan bangganya, CEO META ini membuat konten di Instagram pribadinya @zuck. Dalam video tersebut sang istri Priscilla Chan kesulitan mencarinya yang ternyata tengah sibuk di ruang auditorium sebesar ruang bioskop bermain video game.

Lalu ada hal unik apa lagi dari rumah baru Mark Zuckerberg di Hawai? Berdasarkan laporan Wired pada Rabu (17/1) berikut beberapa fakta unik dari hunian baru pemilik Instagram tersebut.
1. Peternakan sapi wagyu
Alasan Mark Zuckerber mengaku ingin memproduksi daging Wagyu berkualitas di dunia dari peternakannya sendiri.
"Mulai beternak sapi di Peternakan Ko'olau di Kauai. Tujuan saya adalah menciptakan daging sapi dengan kualitas terbaik di dunia," tulis Mark Zuckerber pada keterangan fotonya yang diunggah pada Rabu (10/1).
Tidak main-main, dia menyiapkan makanan hewan ternaknya berupa macadamia dan bir. Minuman bir ini biasa digunakan untuk meningkatkan nafsu makan sapi tersebut. Putri Mark Zuckerberg pun ikut membantu menanam pohon macadamia dan merawat hewan ternaknya.
"(Hewan) ternaknya adalah Wagyu dan Angus (Aberdeen Angus) dan hewan ini akan tumbuh dengan memakan pakan macadamia dan minum bir yang kami tanam dan produksi di peternakan ini. Kami ingin seluruh proses bersifat lokal dan terintegrasi. Setiap sapi memakan 5.000-10.000 pon makanan setiap tahunnya, jadi itu berarti banyak sekali hektar pohon macadamia yang dibutuhkan," tambahnya.
Wired mengatakan di Mark Zuckerber menyiapkan tangki air besar berdiameter sekitar 16 meter dan tinggi 5 meter. Tangki air ini digunakan di peternakan miliknya.

2. Pilih pulau utama di Hawai
Wired menyatakan Mark Zuckerberg memilih lahan di Kauai, pulau terkecil dari empat pulau utama Hawaii.
Lahan seluas 1.400 hektare ini telah dibangun menjadi hunian impian sejak tahun 2014 dengan nama Koolau Ranch. Biaya pembangunan rumah baru Mark Zuckerberg ini diperkirakan mencapai US$ 270 juta atau setara dengan Rp 4,2 triliun (kurs Rp 15.638).
3. Memiliki keamanan ketat
Rumah impian Mark Zuckerberg ini memiliki keamanan ketat untuk melindungi privasinya. Dia sampai membuat tembok setinggi 2 meter mengelilingi lahannya.
Penduduk setempat yang ikut serta dalam pembangunan rumah Mark Zuckerberg di Hawai pun menandatangani perjanjian rahasia sebelum bergabung dalam proyek ini. Tidak sedikit yang dipecat karena menceritakan pembangunan rumahnya di sosial media.
CCTV terletak di mana-mana dan petugas keamanan di rumahnya berpatroli menggunakan ATV di area gerbang dan pantai.
4. Terdiri dari 2 rumah
Rumah Mark Zuckerberg di Hawai terdiri dari 2 rumah yang memiliki bunker bawah tanah yang bisa menjadi akses jalan penghubung.
Luas bangunan tersebut menurut laporan Wired setara dengan luas lapangan sepak bola. Di dalamnya dibuat banyak ruangan dan fasilitas mewah seperti lift, 30 kamar tidur, 30 kamar mandi, ruang kerja, ruang konferensi, dapur, gym, sauna, kolam renang, hingga lapangan tenis.
5. Area rumah pohon

Tidak cukup dengan rumah seluas lapangan sepak bola, Mark Zuckerberg juga membuat 11 rumah pohon kokoh di area rumahnya. Dari satu unit ke unit lain akan dihubungkan dengan jembatan tali kokoh.
6. Bunker
Ini adalah bagian paling unik dari rumah baru Mark Zuckerberg. Di dalamnya terdapat pintu tersembunyi, ruang kedap suara, ruang tamu, ruang mekanis, auditorium, dan pintu darurat. Luas bunker tersebut sekitar 465 meter persegi dan tersambung dengan sebuah terowongan.

Mark Zuckerberg juga memasang banyak CCTV di area ini. Pintu yang digunakan di bunker tersebut terbuat dari logam dan beton dengan bentuk umum seperti pintu bunker pada umumnya. Hebatnya lagi pintu tersebut kedap suara.
