Jadi Tersangka, Menkominfo Johnny G Plate Pakai Rompi Pink Masuk Mobil Tahanan Kejagung
Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika (Menkominfo) Johnny G Plate telah selesai menjalani pemeriksaan ketiga terkait kasus dugaan korupsi penyediaan menara base transceiver station (BTS) 4G dan infrastruktur pendukung 1, 2, 3, 4 dan 5 Bakti Kementerian Kominfo tahun 2020-2022.
Pantauan Kompas .com di Lobi Gedung Bundar Kejagung, Jakarta, Rabu (17/5/2023), Plate hadir dalam pemeriksaan sejak pukul 09.00 WIB.
Sejak pukul 11.15 WIB, mobil tahanan Kejagung pun diparkir di dekat pintu masuk Gedung Bundar Kejagung yang merupakan tempat Johnny G Plate diperiksa.
Sekitar pukul, 12.10 WIB, politisi Partai Nasdem itu tampak keluar dari Gedung Bundar Kejagung dengan menggunakan rompi tahanan khas Kejagung, yakni rompi tahanan warna pink.
Dia keluar bersama sejumlah penyidik. Setelah itu, Plate langsung digiring masuk ke mobil tahanan Kejagung.
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum Kejagung Ketut Sumedana sebelumnya mengatakan, pemeriksaan terhadap Plate hari ini merupakan pemeriksaan yang ketiga kalinya.
Ketut mengatakan, dalam pemeriksaan ketiga ini, Plate ditanyakan seputar adanya kerugian keuangan negara senilai Rp 8,32 triliun yang terjadi di kementeriannya.
"Kenapa dilakukan pemanggilan karena kami sudah melakukan klarifikasi evaluasi terhadap hasil-hasil pemeriksaan daripada BPKP yang kerugiannya sangat fantastik sekitar Rp 8 triliun lebih ya," ucap Ketut di Kejagung, Jakarta, Rabu (17/5/2023) pagi.
Penetapan tersangka terhadap Plate diumumkan setelah politisi Nasdem itu diperiksa untuk ketiga kalinya di Gedung Bundar Kejagung, Jakarta, pada hari ini.
Sebagai informasi, dalam kasus ini Plate sudah diperiksa sebanyak tiga kali yakni pada hari ini. Kemudian pada pada Selasa (14/2/2023) dan Rabu (15/3/2023) lalu dalam kapasitas sebagai saksi.
Kerugian keuangan negara dalam kasus ini mencapai Rp 8 triliun.
Kejagung sebelumnya sudah menetapkan lima orang tersangka. Salah satunya Direktur Utama (Dirut) Bakti Kominfo Anang Achmad Latif (AAL).
Sementara itu, keempat tersangka lainnya adalah Account Director of Integrated Account Departement PT Huawei Tech Investment, Mukti Ali (MA), dan Komisaris PT Solitech Media Sinergy, Irwan Hermawan (IH).
Kemudian, Direktur Utama PT Mora Telematika Indonesia, Galubang Menak (GMS); dan Tenaga Ahli Human Development (HUDEV) Universitas Indonesia Tahun 2020, Yohan Suryanto (YS).
Mereka secara bersama-sama melakukan tindakan melawan hukum atau penyelewengan yang dilakukan untuk menguntungkan pihak tertentu.
Akibat perbuatan mereka, para tersangka dijerat Pasal 2 ayat (1) dan Pasal 3 juncto Pasal 18 Undang-Undang RI Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang RI Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi juncto Pasal 55 Ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.

Based on Kompas.com monitoring in the lobby of the AGO Round Building, Jakarta, Wednesday (17/5/2023), Plate was present at the inspection since 09.00 WIB.
Since 11.15 WIB, the AGO's detainee's car was parked near the entrance to the AGO Round Building where Johnny G Plate was questioned.
At around 12.10 WIB, the Nasdem Party politician appeared to be leaving the AGO Round Building wearing a typical AGO prisoner's vest, namely a pink prisoner's vest.
He came out with a number of investigators. After that, Plate was immediately herded into the AGO's detention car.
Head of the Legal Information Center at the Attorney General's Office, Ketut Sumedana, previously said that today's examination of Plate was the third time.
Ketut said that in this third examination, Plate was asked about the existence of state financial losses worth IDR 8.32 trillion that had occurred in his ministry.
"Why was the summons made because we have clarified the evaluation of the results of the audit of the BPKP, whose losses were fantastic, around IDR 8 trillion or more," said Ketut at the Attorney General's Office, Jakarta, Wednesday (17/5/2023) morning.
The determination of the suspect against Plate was announced after the Nasdem politician was questioned for the third time at the AGO Round Building, Jakarta, today.
For information, in this case Plate has been examined three times, namely today. Then on Tuesday (14/2/2023) and Wednesday (15/3/2023) then in the capacity as a witness.
State financial losses in this case reached IDR 8 trillion.
The AGO previously named five suspects. One of them is Bakti Kominfo Main Director (Director) Anang Achmad Latif (AAL).
Meanwhile, the other four suspects are the Account Director of the Integrated Account Department of PT Huawei Tech Investment, Mukti Ali (MA), and Commissioner of PT Solitech Media Sinergy, Irwan Hermawan (IH).
Then, the Main Director of PT Mora Telematics Indonesia, Gauntung Menak (GMS); and 2020 University of Indonesia Human Development Expert (HUDEV), Yohan Suryanto (YS).
They jointly carry out unlawful acts or misappropriations that are carried out to benefit certain parties.
As a result of their actions, the suspects were charged with Article 2 paragraph (1) and Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) 1st Criminal Code.
