Revealed, AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan Received Solar Warehouse Supervisor Service Money
The results of the investigation into alleged gratuities and money laundering by the North Sumatra Police's Criminal Investigation Unit revealed that AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan received money for the supervisory services of PT Almira's (AMR) diesel oil warehouse since 2018.
Head of North Sumatra Regional Police Public Relations, Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi told reporters on Saturday (29/4/2023) evening.
He said that the results of the in-depth investigation conducted by the Crimesus investigators, the status of the investigation regarding the diesel warehouse was raised to the investigation stage for gratuities and money laundering crimes.
"The results of the investigation into receiving gratuities show that Achiruddin Hasibuan admitted receiving money from the warehouse owner PT Almira as a supervisory service from 2018 to 2023, because the house in question is adjacent to the warehouse. Investigators are still investigating the amount," said Hadi, Saturday.
Regarding the amount received from PT Almira, it is still being investigated and investigators must synchronize it with other information.
"Related to this, the Crimesus investigators are also investigating and examining the activities of the warehouse and the managing director of PT Almira. The warehouse is illegal, not registered with Pertamina," he said.
AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan could be the supervisor, because they already knew each other before, so PT Almira asked.
Meanwhile, for the application of the money laundering crime (TPPU) article, continued Hadi, it was the entry point for investigators to investigate AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan's assets.
As for the investigation process related to PT Almira's fuel warehouse, investigators will explore it by examining the company's main director.
"To explore its activities from 2018 until now, where the results of checking checks at Pertamina, PT AMR's location was not registered on Jalan Karya Dalam," he said.
Terungkap, AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan Terima Uang Jasa Pengawas Gudang Solar
Hasil penyidikan dugaan gratifikasi dan TPPU oleh Ditreskrimsus Polda Sumut terungkap bahwa AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan menerima uang jasa pengawas gudang minyak solar PT Almira (AMR) sejak 2018.
Kabid Humas Polda Sumut, Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi mengatakannya kepada wartawan pada Sabtu (29/4/2023) malam.
Dia mengatakan, hasil pendalaman yang dilakukan penyidik Krimsus, status penyelidikan terkait gudang solar dinaikkan ke tahap penyidikan untuk gratifikasi dan tindak pidana pencucian uang.
"Hasil penyidikan terhadap penerimaan gratifikasi bahwa Achiruddin Hasibuan mengakui menerima uang dari pemilik gudang PT Almira sebagai jasa pengawas sejak tahun 2018 hingga 2023, karena rumah yang bersangkutan berdekatan dengan gudang tersebut. Untuk besarannya itu masih didalami penyidik," kata Hadi, Sabtu.
Mengenai berapa besaran yang diterima dari PT Almira itu masih didalami dan penyidik harus mensinkronkan dengan keterangan lainnya.
"Terkait itu, penyidik Krimsus juga mendalami dan memeriksa aktivitas gudang serta Dirut dari PT Almira. Gudang itu ilegal, tidak terdaftar di Pertamina," kata dia.
AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan bisa menjadi pengawas, karena mereka sudah saling kenal sebelumnya, jadi PT Almira yang meminta.
Sementara itu, untuk penerapan pasal tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU), lanjut Hadi, itu sebagai pintu masuk penyidik untuk melakukan penyidikan harta kekayaan AKBP Achiruddin Hasibuan.
Sedangkan untuk proses penyidikan terkait gudang BBM milik PT Almira, penyidik akan mendalami dengan pemeriksaan terhadap direktur utama perusahaan itu.
"Untuk mendalami aktivitas kegiatannya sejak 2018 sampai dengan sekarang, di mana hasil pengecekan cek di Pertamina lokasi PT AMR tidak terdaftar di Jalan Karya Dalam," kata dia.
