There was a woman who came to Al Hasan Basri then said:

"My daughter has died and I want to see her state in a dream."

Hasan Bisri then ordered him to pray four cycles of prayer after the evening prayer, each cycle of reading the letter al fatihah and the letter at takatsur once, then lie down while reading sholawat to the Prophet shollallohu alaihi wasallam until he fell asleep. 

ﻓﻔﻌﻠﺖ ﻓﺮﺃﺗﻬ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻗﺒﺢ ﺍ ﺍ ، ﻓ ﻭﺟ ﻭﺟ ﻭﺟ ﻭﺟ ﻭﺟ ﺍ ﺍ ﻓﺄﻣﺮﻫ ﻓﺄﻣﺮﻫ ﻋﻨﻬ ﻋﻨﻬ ﻌﻞ ﻌﻞ ﺍ ﻳﻌﻔﻮ ﻋﻨﻬ ﻋﻨﻬ ﻭﻧ ﻭﻧ ﺍ ﺍ ﺍ ﺍ ﺍ ﺍ ﺍ ﺍ ﺍ ﺃﻧﺎ ﺍﺑﻨﺔ ﺗﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺃﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺃﻣﺮﺗﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺍ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ، ، ، ، ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ

then the mother did it, she dreamed of seeing her daughter being in the worst and very severe torment. then he woke up and went to Al Hasan. Al Hasan told him to give charity on behalf of his daughter so that Allah SWT would forgive him. That night Al Hasan slept and saw in his dream a woman who was in a state of feeling the most beautiful pleasures,

Al Hasan said to him:

"Who are you, do you know me?"

the woman replied:

"I am the queen of the woman you ordered to read sholawat to the Prophet Muhammad shollallohu alaihi wasallam"

Al Hassan said:

"Indeed you have given the characteristics of your situation other than what I see now"

the woman said:

"My previous situation was just like what my mother said"

"then, why did you get to this degree?" asked Al Hasan. 

woman replied:

"Earlier we numbered 70 thousand people in torture, then there was a pious man who passed by our graves and he recited a sholawat to the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam once, then he made his reward sholawat to us, then ALLAH SWT accepts it and frees us all from that torment because of the blessing of the pious person who read the sholawat earlier, and my share has come as you have seen and witnessed it

According to some scholars, one of the practices that can save grave experts from the torment of the grave and hell is reading blessings on the Prophet.

فائدة: من كلام الحبيب علي بن عبد الرحمن المشهور رحمه الله:

هذه الصيغة اذا قرئت على الميت خرج من النار ولو كان في قعر جهنم:

??? 

وَعَلَى اَلِهِ صَلاَةً لاَ نِهَايَةَ لها كَمَا لَا نِهَايَةَ لِكَمَالِكَ وَعَدَدَ كَمَالِهِ

Faidah;

Among the words of Habib Ali bin Abdurrahman;

If this form of prayer is recited on the deceased, he will leave hell even though he is in the depths of hell;

Allohumma sholli wa sallim wa baarik wa karrim

'alaa sayyidinaa muhammadinil kaamili

wa 'alaa aalih, sholaatan laa nihaayata lahaa

kamaa laa nihaayata likamaalika wa 'adada kamaalih. 

Meaning of Sholawat:

O ALLAH, bestow mercy, safety and blessings, and glory

for our lord the perfect Prophet Muhammad,

also for his family,

with endless grace,

as there is no end to Your perfection,

as a measure of perfection.
