Spicy sweet and sour meatballs
Material:
- 250 grams of meatballs
- 10 quail eggs
- 1 tablespoon @FiberCreme
- 1 Bombay (coarsely chopped)
- 3 lime leaves
- 5 key oranges (take the water)
- 200 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons margarine
Oyster sauce, chili sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste
Puree:
- 5 cayenne pepper
- 3 curly chilies
- 4 cloves of garlic
How to:
- Heat margarine then saute ground spices, onion and lime leaves until fragrant.
- Add meatballs and boiled quail eggs
- Add fibercreme, spicy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and key lime juice, mix well then pour water.
- Cook until the water shrinks, add a little salt and sugar
- Taste test when it's right, the sweet and sour spicy plus the savory from @FiberCreme and the sauce has exploded when you lift it and serve it, so taste yummy👌
