GET TO KNOW THE 5 TYPES OF LEADERSHIP

In leading a team, of course each leader has a different style and type. And here are 5 types of leadership that you need to recognize. 

1. Authoritarian Leadership

Leaders make their own decisions and give orders without much involvement from team members. 

2. Democratic Leadership

Leaders involve team members in decision making and promote collaboration. 

3. Transformational Leadership

Leaders inspire and motivate team members to achieve high goals by focusing on vision, values, and personal growth. 

4. Motivational Leadership

Leaders like to motivate and give appreciation to the team to progress and achieve goals. 

5. Situational Leadership

Leaders adapt their leadership style according to the situation or task at hand, such as leading more authoritatively in crisis situations and more democratically in collaborative situations. 

Of course, the 5 types of leadership above have their respective advantages and disadvantages. However, I believe that a true leader must continue to learn and improve himself in order to maximize the potential of himself and his team.

Dalam memimpin sebuah tim, tentunya setiap pemimpin mempunyai gaya dan tipe yang berbeda-beda. Dan berikut 5 tipe kepemimpinan yang perlu Anda kenali. 

1. Kepemimpinan Otoriter

Pemimpin membuat keputusan sendiri dan memberi perintah tanpa banyak keterlibatan anggota tim. 

2. Kepemimpinan Demokratis

Pemimpin melibatkan anggota tim dalam pengambilan keputusan dan mendorong kolaborasi. 

3. Kepemimpinan Transformasional

Pemimpin menginspirasi dan memotivasi anggota tim untuk mencapai tujuan tinggi dengan berfokus pada visi, nilai-nilai, dan pertumbuhan pribadi. 

4. Kepemimpinan Motivasi

Pemimpin suka memotivasi dan memberikan apresiasi kepada tim untuk maju dan mencapai tujuan. 

5. Kepemimpinan Situasional

Pemimpin menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinannya sesuai dengan situasi atau tugas yang dihadapi, seperti memimpin dengan lebih berwibawa dalam situasi krisis dan lebih demokratis dalam situasi kolaboratif. 

Tentu saja 5 tipe kepemimpinan di atas mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangannya masing-masing. Namun, saya percaya bahwa seorang pemimpin sejati harus terus belajar dan meningkatkan diri agar bisa memaksimalkan potensi diri dan timnya.
