We reported information regarding AMD's plans to introduce the UDNA architecture from Tom'sHardware, where this was conveyed directly by Jack Huynh as Senior Vice President and General Manager of AMD, at the Innovation For All (IFA 2024) event a few days ago.
“So, currently AMD offers CDNA architecture for data centers and RDNA for consumers. In our opinion this is less effective. "In the future we will call it UDNA, an integrated architecture that can be used for data centers and consumers in general," he said.
Jack Huynh explains that his party will no longer play in the high-end GPU market?
Jack explained that in the future AMD will not be identical to RDNA 5, RDNA 6, RDNA 7, but will change to UDNA 6 and so on. Furthermore, his party is currently preparing for at least the next three generations, and will make changes slowly so that everything runs without obstacles.

Lebih lanjut, pihaknya saat ini tengah mempersiapkan setidaknya tiga generasi yang akan datang, dan akan melakukan perubahan secara perlahan agar semuanya berjalan tanpa hambatan.
Untuk saat ini, selain mematangkan arsitektur terbarunya, pihaknya juga bakal membuat backward compatibility agar ke depannya arsitektur UDNA nantinya dapat berjalan pada perangkat yang lebih lawas.
