- Checking the Hajj portion can be done online via the Indonesian Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) website or the Pusaka application. Prospective Hajj pilgrims can monitor their Hajj queue if they have their portion number.
The Hajj portion number is obtained after the congregation registers and makes an initial deposit. The portion number consists of 10 numbers which can be seen on the proof of payment for the Hajj trip in the registration file from the Regency/City Ministry of Religion.
How to Check Haj Portion Online
1. Check the online Hajj portion via the Ministry of Religion website
First of all, open the page https://haji.kemenag.go.id/v5/
Scroll down until you see the 'Estimated Departure' column
Enter the portion number you have obtained
Enter the captcha. The form of this captcha can be changed by selecting the 'Reload Captcha' option
When you have finished filling in the portion number and captcha, click 'Search'
2. Check the Hajj Portion Online via the Pusaka Application
Apart from going through the Ministry of Religion's Hajj website, the Hajj portion can be checked via the Ministry of Religion's Pusaka application. This application can be downloaded via Google Play (Android) and App Store (iOS).

When it has finished downloading, open the Pusaka application
Select the 'Islam' menu
Click the 'Hajj & Umrah Services' menu then select the 'Estimated Departure' option again
Enter the portion number in the column provided
Select 'Search for Portion Number' when you have finished filling in
Procedures for Registering for Hajj at the Ministry of Religion
1. First of all, prospective Hajj pilgrims open a Hajj savings account at BPS-Bipih according to their domicile provided they bring an identity card and an initial deposit of IDR 25 million
2. Sign a statement letter fulfilling the Hajj registration requirements issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion
3. Transfer the initial Bipih deposit to the BPKH account via the BPS-Bipih branch according to your domicile
4. BPS-Bipih issues an initial deposit proof sheet containing a validation number
5. Documents proving the initial Bipih deposit are affixed to a 3x4 photo of the prospective Hajj pilgrim and are stamped
6. Visit the Regency/City Ministry of Religion by bringing proof of initial deposit and other requirements in accordance with the provisions to verify their completeness no later than 5 (five) working days after payment of the initial Bipih deposit
7. Fill out the Hajj registration form in the form of a Hajj Registration Letter (SPPH) and submit it to the Regency/City Ministry of Religion Office officer
8. Receive a proof of Hajj registration sheet containing the registration portion number, signed and affixed with an official stamp by an officer from the Regency/City Ministry of Religion Office
9. The Regency/City Ministry of Religion office issues 5 (five) printed copies of the SPPH, with each sheet printed or affixed with a 3x4 photo of the prospective Hajj pilgrim.
Procedures for Registering for Hajj Online
How to register for Hajj online is done through the Pusaka Kemenag application, here are the steps.
1. Download the Pusaka application on the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS)
2. Create an account to log in to Pusaka by clicking the 'login' menu, then enter your email address and password
3. Users must complete a number of personal data, then save it by clicking the "Save Data Update" button
4. Users return to the main menu (home) by pressing the arrow at the top left
5. Users press the 'Public Services' menu, then select 'Hajj Registration'
6. Login to 'Haji Account'
7. If you already have an account, users can immediately enter their email address and password. Next, participants will be asked to fill out an online registration form
8. If you don't have an account, users can click the 'Register' menu option.
9. Then, the user will be asked to fill in the Validation Number and NIK. To get a validation number, users must pay an initial Hajj registration deposit at the nearest Hajj registration service provider bank

- Cek porsi haji dapat dilakukan secara online melalui website Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) RI atau aplikasi Pusaka. Calon jemaah haji dapat memantau antrean hajinya apabila sudah memegang nomor porsi.
Nomor porsi haji diperoleh setelah jemaah mendaftar dan melakukan setoran awal. Nomor porsi terdiri dari 10 angka yang dapat dilihat pada bukti pembayaran perjalanan haji di berkas pendaftaran dari Kemenag Kabupaten/Kota.

Pertama-tama, buka laman https://haji.kemenag.go.id/v5/
Geser ke bawah sampai terlihat kolom 'Estimasi Keberangkatan'
Masukkan nomor porsi yang sudah didapatkan
Masukkan captcha. Captcha ini bisa diganti bentuknya dengan memilih opsi 'Reload Captcha'
Jika sudah selesai mengisi nomor porsi dan captcha, klik 'Cari'
2. Cek Porsi Haji Online melalui Aplikasi Pusaka
Selain melalui website Haji Kemenag, porsi haji bisa dicek melalui aplikasi Pusaka Kemenag. Aplikasi ini dapat diunduh melalui Google Play (Android) dan App Store (iOS).

Tata Cara Mendaftar Haji di Kemenag
1. Pertama-tama, calon jemaah haji membuka tabungan haji pada BPS-Bipih sesuai domisili dengan syarat membawa kartu identitas dan setoran awal sebesar Rp 25 juta
2. Menandatangani surat pernyataan memenuhi persyaratan pendaftaran haji yang diterbitkan oleh Kemenag RI
3. Melakukan transfer setoran awal Bipih ke rekening BPKH melalui cabang BPS-Bipih sesuai domisili
4. BPS-Bipih menerbitkan lembar bukti setoran awal yang berisi nomor validasi
5. Dokumen bukti setoran awal Bipih ditempel pas foto calon jemaah haji ukuran 3x4 dan diberi materai
6. Mendatangi Kemenag Kabupaten/Kota dengan membawa dokumen bukti setoran awal dan persyaratan lainnya sesuai ketentuan untuk diverifikasi kelengkapannya paling lambat 5 (lima) hari kerja setelah pembayaran setoran awal Bipih
7. Mengisi formulir pendaftaran haji berupa Surat Pendaftaran Pergi Haji (SPPH) dan menyerahkannya kepada petugas Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten/Kota
8. Menerima lembar bukti pendaftaran haji yang berisi nomor porsi pendaftaran, ditandatangani dan dibubuhi stempel dinas oleh petugas Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten/Kota
9. Kantor Kemenag Kabupaten/Kota menerbitkan bukti cetak SPPH sebanyak 5 (lima) lembar, yang setiap lembarnya dicetak atau ditempel pas foto calon jemaah haji ukuran 3x4.
Tata Cara Mendaftar Haji Online
Cara mendaftar haji online dilakukan melalui aplikasi Pusaka Kemenag, berikut langkah-langkahnya.
1. Unduh aplikasi Pusaka di Play Store (Android) atau App Store (iOS)
2. Buat akun untuk login ke Pusaka dengan mengklik menu 'login', lalu masukkan alamat email dan kata sandi Anda
3. Pengguna harus melengkapi sejumlah data diri, lalu menyimpannya dengan mengklik tombol "Simpan Pembaruan Data"
4. Pengguna kembali ke menu utama (home) dengan menekan tanda panah di bagian kiri atas
5. Pengguna menekan menu 'Layanan Publik', lalu memilih 'Pendaftaran Haji'
6. Login ke 'Akun Haji'
7. Jika sudah memiliki akun, pengguna bisa langsung memasukkan alamat email dan paswordnya. Selanjutnya, peserta akan diminta mengisi formulir pendaftaran secara online
8. Jika belum memiliki akun, pengguna bisa klik pilihan menu 'Daftar'.
9. Kemudian, pengguna akan diminta untuk mengisi Nomor Validasi dan NIK. Untuk mendapatkan nomor validasi, pengguna harus membayar setoran awal pendaftaran haji di bank penyedia layanan pendaftaran haji terdekat
10. Selanjutnya, masukan nomor validasi dan NIK-nya. Setelah itu pengguna diminta mengisi formulir pendaftaran secara online
11. Setelah melengkapi seluruh data dan dokumen yang dipersyaratkan, SPH (Surat Pendaftaran Haji) yang berisi nomor porsi jemaah akan dikirimkan ke email pengguna dan dapat juga diunduh melalui Pusaka. Paling lama 3 hari kerja.
