Nathan Tjoe-A-On's Popularity Indonesian National Team Confused British Media from Swansea City.
Swansea City's social media was confused by the skyrocketing popularity of Nathan Tjoe-A-On after playing for the Indonesian national team. The reason is, this young player has never once played in the Swansea City senior team.

Nathan Tjoe-A-On has become the new favorite for Indonesian football fans thanks to his brilliant performance with the Indonesian National Team. This player, who is currently on loan from Swansea City to SC Heerenveen, has shown great totality and contribution.

This drastic increase in popularity has also made Swansea City's media fanbase, @onlyswanss, feel confused. In a tweet on their Twitter account, @onlyswanss questioned Nathan Tjoe-A-On's popularity, which has skyrocketed even though he has never played for Swansea City's first team.

For information, Nathan Tjoe was brought over by Swansea City from SBV Excelsior in the 2023 summer transfer market. Because he was deemed not ready to compete in the first team, Nathan Tjoe was then loaned to SC Heerenveen as of January 2024.

"Since changing citizenship to play for Indonesia, Nathaniel Tjoe-A-On has played twice for the senior team and six times for the U-23 team. He has also almost gained 2 million followers on Instagram, making him (Swansea City's) most followed player by far, despite having never played for the senior team. Crazy..." wrote fanbase media @onlyswanss in his tweet.

Despite the confusion, the Swansea City media also welcomed Nathan Tjoe-A-On fans to follow them. They also pray that Nathan Tjoe can put on a good performance and have a good season with Swansea City next season.

"We welcome all 'Indonesian Jacks' to the Swansea City fanbase. Feel free to follow us to keep up with all the news regarding the club, hopefully Tjoe can come back and have a good season with us this year!" wrote @onlyswanss.

Nathan Tjoe-A-On's story is proof that football has the power to unite and inspire pride. It is hoped that his popularity in Indonesia will pave the way for him to get the opportunity to play in the Swansea City first team and show his abilities on a higher stage.
