It turns out humans are not the only species that uses sex toys. In a new study report published in the biological journal Ethology, researchers concluded that some monkeys in Indonesia use stone tools for masturbation.
This study paper was published on August 4. This paper is entitled "Do monkeys use sex toys? Evidence of stone tool-assisted masturbation in free-ranging long-tailed macaques".
These monkeys in particular are long-tailed monkeys that live in the Sacred Wenara Wana Mandala in Ubud, central Bali. The Wenara Wana Sacred Mandala is a sacred forest sanctuary for monkeys, a sanctuary and natural habitat for more than 1,000 long-tailed monkeys in Bali.
