Sheikh Imran Nazar Hosein declared the victory of the Rûm nation at the end of time based on the prophecy of the Prophet Muhammad SAW regarding the existence of al-malhamah al-kubra or the great war.
Al-malhamah comes from the word lahm which means meat and the plural form is al-malâhim which means war that takes many victims. If the word al-malhamah is next to the word al-kubra, it means a big war that took many victims. Al-malhamah al-kubra is one of the big signs of the Day of Judgment. "This event is often mentioned in the hadiths of the Prophet SAW and narrated by many hadith scholars as being called 'the greatest world war'," wrote Shaikh Imran Nazar Hosein in his book entitled " Al-Qur'an, the Great War & the Western World" (Al Malhama or Armageddon)”.
This war is also given the term Armageddon, a reference to Christians, which of course differs in detail and interpretation on their part, although it also refers to the great war at the end of time.
In his views on al-malhamah al-kubra, Imran contains a hadith regarding a major war that will occur in which 99% of all the fighters will be killed. This war was unique because there had never been a war in history where 99% of the people fighting would be killed.
The strangest thing about this war is that it continues even though all the troops who will fight know that few will survive after the war ends.
This makes clear the prophecy of the Prophet Muhammad that every army will say that we are the ones who will survive. It is not difficult for us to realize that the war will be fought with weapons of mass destruction, such as nuclear and thermonuclear weapons that have never been used in war.
The coming great war is such a war. The war was so close that it could happen at any time.
Gold Mountain
The Prophet revealed about the Great War which would occur because of the Euphrates river which revealed mountains of gold, and the war would occur because of the struggle for this gold. However, the Prophet advised everyone not to touch the gold. So it is clear that the war will not occur until the Euphrates river reveals the golden mountain.
The hadith that explains the great war is: Narrated from Abu Hurairah, he said: Rasulullah SAW said:
"The Day of Judgment will not occur until the Euphrates river reveals mountains of gold that will cause humans to fight to get it. For every 100 people who die, 99 will die. And everyone will say, 'I hope I am the one who survived'.
Narrated from Abdullah bin Harith bin Naufal, he said: When I was standing with Ubay bin Ka'b, he said, "Humans will always fight over the world's treasures." So I said, "Right." Ubay said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah say:
"The time is near when the river Euphrates will reveal mountains of gold. When people hear about it, they will go there, then the people who are near the river will say, "If we let people take this gold, they will surely take it all ". So they fought to get it, and for every 100 people killed there were 99 people'.
Statements about war being so close raise the question of why the mountain of gold has not yet emerged from beneath the river?
Shaikh Imran saw a hadith of the Prophet which said that the Great War occurred because of the struggle for gold from the Euphrates River when the river showed its mountains of gold. So it was obvious even to those with rudimentary abilities in thinking that the Great War would not occur until the river revealed its mountains of gold.
