4 Types Perfume Based Level Durability, Which One Do You Choose?
Perfume is an important element in a person's beauty ritual and personal appearance. One important factor in choosing a perfume is its durability level or how long the fragrance of the perfume lasts on the skin.
There are different types of perfume that offer different levels of longevity, ranging from long-lasting perfumes that can be very long-lasting to those that only last a few hours.
Friends, here are several types of perfume based on their level of durability. Do you choose a long-lasting perfume or do you only need one that lasts a few hours?
Perfume (Extrait de Parfum)

Perfume is a type of perfume with the highest concentration of fragrance oils, usually between 15% to 40%. Due to the high concentration of oils, the perfume has excellent durability and the most intense aroma. The scent of perfume can last on the skin for up to eight hours or more, depending on the type of skin and the composition of the ingredients. Due to the richness of the aroma, perfume is often sufficient to apply only in small quantities.
Eau de Parfum (EDP)

Eau de Parfum is a type of perfume that has a slightly lower concentration of fragrance oil than perfume, namely around 15% to 20%. Despite its lower concentration, EDP still offers good longevity and a fairly intense aroma. The scent of Eau de Parfum can last on the skin for four to six hours, making it a popular choice for everyday or special occasions.
Eau de Toilette (EDT)

Eau de Toilette is a type of perfume that has an even lower concentration of fragrance oil, namely around 5% to 15%. Despite its lower concentration, EDT still offers a pleasant scent and can stay on the skin for two to four hours. Eau de Toilette is often lighter and fresher than Eau de Parfum, making it suitable for everyday or summer use.

Eau de Cologne is a type of perfume with the lowest concentration of fragrance oils, usually around 2% to 4%. Due to its low concentration, Eau de Cologne has a light, fresh scent, and usually only lasts on the skin for one to two hours. Even though it doesn't have a long shelf life, Eau de Cologne is often chosen for everyday use or when you want light freshness.
Friends, the choice of perfume based on its level of durability really depends on personal preferences and needs. If you like intense, long-lasting scents, perfume might be the right choice. However, if you prefer a light, fresh scent, you might prefer Eau de Toilette or Eau de Cologne. Additionally, keep in mind that factors such as skin type and climatic conditions can also influence the durability and intensity of a perfume's scent.
