Megawati Contributes 25 Points, Red Sparks Coach Suddenly Dares to Taunt Pink Spiders
 - The Red Sparks' victory over the Pink Spiders in the second match of the 2023/2024 Korean Women's Volleyball League play-offs presented an interesting story. Megawati Hangestri Pertiwi contributed 25 points, Ko Hee-jin mocked the Pink Spiders coach.

Taking place at Daejeon Chungmu Gymnasium, the Red Sparks, strengthened by National volleyball player, Megawati, successfully beat the Pink Spiders 3-1, (25-19, 25-23, 20-25, 25-15), Sunday (24/3/2024) evening WIB.

This victory also makes the position of Red Sparks and Pink Spiders equal at 1-1. Two days earlier, when the match took place at the home of the Pink Spiders, Megawati et al lost with a similar score.

And now, the team made by Ko Hee-jin has managed to level the playing field. This means that the battle for tickets to the grand final of the Korean Women's Volleyball League will go to the third match.

The determination of who has the right to challenge Hyundai Hillstate in the final will be presented, Tuesday (26/3/2024). Red Sparks must win by any score to advance to the final.
In this match, Giovanna Milana contributed the most points.
The outside hitter from the United States collected 30 points, followed by Megawati Hangestri (25) and Kim Yeon-koung (22).
In this match, Megawati really answered the criticism that had been addressed to her.

Precisely after losing to Pink Spiders in the first play-off match of the Korean Women's Volleyball League, Mega became the target of criticism from netizens.
This even made the volleyball player from Jember, East Java make a clarification. And now, he has successfully answered the teasing.

This volleyball player nicknamed Megatron and Milana became the protagonists when Red Sparks defeated Pink Spiders.
Interestingly, the Red Sparks coach, Ko Hee-jin, did not put Mega and Gia, Milana's nickname, in the main spotlight. But Kim Se-in.

The 21 year old hitter made a surprising appearance to fill the void left by Lee So-young.
Appearing as a starter, Se-in was able to be the difference with a score of 9 points. Even though she can't match Lee So-young's level of play, her presence in the defense can provide a comfortable feeling.

Kim Se-in's slick performance made Ko Hee-jin dare to make fun of the Pink Spiders coach, Marcello Abbondanza.
"Coach Abbondanza would have thought Park Hye-min would play, he slipped," explained Ko Hee-jin, quoted from the Naver page.
Kim Se-in is not the main choice in the Red Sparks line-up. She started the match as a starter during the sixth round of the Korean Women's Volleyball League.

Precisely when all the core players of Red Sparks were benched, and Ko Hee-jin fielded a squad when facing AI Peppers.
And now, Se-in is the difference for the Red Sparks to equalize levels in the play-off round, and force the match to continue to the third match.

"Kim Se-in will take action first. That's enough to break through. Good defense and good serve. “I want to see how the other side responds to our changes," concluded Hee-jin in praise.
