HP will soon become extinct, its replacement will already exist
- The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology is increasingly widespread. In fact, its sophistication can replace the role of cellphones, which are currently an everyday device, aka the daily driver of modern society.
Last week, a startup called Humane released a product called 'AI Pin Wearable'. This device is much smaller in size than cellphones on the market today.
There is no screen to see the program inside. Because, when you stick the pin into your clothes, users can access various information directly in their hands.
The hand or other body part acts as a projector screen. Users can control AI Pin with a combination of various gestures and sounds, quoted from TheVerge, Monday (13/11/2023).
The device has a super light weight, only 34 grams. Adding the battery, the weight is 54 grams. AI Pin is also equipped with a 13 megapixel quality camera to capture visuals and record video.

When you want to record a video, the user only needs to make a tapping or 'tapping' gesture on the touchpad area. The device will emit a small light to indicate that recording mode is active.
This device is powered by a Snapdragon chip, although the type was not revealed. The AI technology itself is supported by GPT-4 which was developed by OpenAI, the company behind ChatGPT.

Humane AI Pin is scheduled to be available en masse starting in 2024. The price is US$ 699 or the equivalent of Rp. 10.9 million.

Perangkat itu memiliki bobot super ringan, hanya 34 gram. Ditambah dengan baterai, bobotnya jadi 54 gram. AI Pin juga dilengkapi kamera berkualitas 13 megapiksel untuk menangkap visual dan merekam video.

Saat hendak merekam video, pengguna cuma perlu melakukan gesture ketukan atau 'tapping' pada area touchpad. Perangkat akan mengeluarkan cahaya kecil untuk mengisyaratkan bahwa mode perekaman telah aktif.
Perangkat ini ditenagai oleh chip Snapdragon, meski tak diungkap jenisnya. Teknologi AI-nya sendiri disokong oleh GPT-4 yang dikembangkan oleh OpenAI, perusahaan di balik ChatGPT.
