Crispy Fried Catfish Recipe


The main ingredient:
4 catfish tails

Marinating Ingredients:
1 knuckle ginger
1 knuckle turmeric
3 cloves of garlic
pinch of salt

Dry Ingredients:
5 tbsp flour
3 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp baking soda

Wet Ingredients:
1 egg
150 ml of water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp mushroom stock

How to make:
1. Grind all the marinade ingredients, coat the catfish with the marinade so it's not fishy
2. Mix all the dry ingredients
3. Mix all the wet ingredients
4. Add 1 tablespoon of dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
5. Take 1 tablespoon of catfish marinade, mix it with the wet ingredients so that the fish will taste better later
6. Put the catfish into the dry ingredients, coat it thinly
7. Put the catfish into the wet flour
8. Put it back into the dry flour
9. Repeat steps 6-8 until all the catfish are covered in flour
10. Heat oil over medium heat, use more oil than the height of the catfish to make it crunchy
11. When the oil is hot, add the catfish
12. Fry over medium heat, tend to be small so that the catfish is cooked evenly to the inside
13. Fry until dry
14. Drain catfish
15. Crispy fried catfish ready to eat with chili sauce

Resep Lele Goreng Crispy

Bahan Utama:
4 Ekor ikan lele

Bahan Marinasi:
1 ruas jari jahe
1 ruas jari kunyit
3 siung bawang putih
Sejumput garam

Bahan Kering:
5 sdm tepung terigu
3 sdm tepung beras
1 sdt bawang putih bubuk
1 sdt baking soda

Bahan Basah:
1 butir telur
150 ml air
1 sdt bawang putih bubuk
1/2 sdm kaldu jamur

Cara Membuat:
1. Haluskan seluruh bumbu marinasi, baluri lele dengan bumbu marinasi agar tidak amis
2. Campurkan seluruh bahan kering
3. Campurkan semua bahan basah
4. Masukkan 1 sdm bahan kering ke bahan basah
5. Ambil 1 sdm bumbu marinasi lele, campurkan ke bahan basah supaya nanti lebih gurih ikannya
6. Masukkan lele ke dalam bahan kering, baluri tipis2 saja
7. Masukkan lele ke tepung basah
8. Masukkan lagi ke tepung kering
9. Ulangi lagi tahap 6-8 sampai semua lele terbalur tepung
10. Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang, gunakan minyak yg cukup banyak melebihi tinggi lele supaya garing
11. Ketika minyak sudah panas, masukkan lele
12. Goreng dengan api sedang cenderung kecil agar lele matang merata hingga kedalam
13. Goreng sampai kering
14. Tiriskan lele
15. Lele goreng crispy siap disantap dengan sambal 
lelegorengcrispy
