Mixed Martial Arts fighter sentenced to two years in prison



Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter from North Tapanuli (Taput), North Sumatra, Elipitua Siregar was sentenced to two years in prison. 

Elipitua was punished for killing his biological brother. According to the Case Tracing Information System (SIPP), the panel of judges declared Elipitua guilty in the murder case. 

The verdict handed down by the panel of judges is the same as the demands made by the public prosecutor (JPU), namely the demand for two years in prison. As for the things that mitigate the demands, because the family has let go of the victim's death. 

In the SIPP, the chronology of the murder case which occurred on October 15, 2022 was explained.
