JONATHAN MAJORS WANT ROBERT DOWNEY JR. JOIN THE AVENGERS 5

Actor Jonathan Majors hopes Robert Downey Jr. will play again as Iron Man and hope to be involved in the same project with the actor in the film "Avengers: The Kang Dynasty".
This was conveyed by Majors to the Australian media Life Hacker recently. The interviewer provoked him with the question of which actor Majors wanted to join in the film.
"Robert Downey Jr., he just keeps popping up (in my mind)," Majors told Deadline.
"I think he's an OG, he's one of the original actors. I'm just a big fan of him as an actor. I think what he shows through the character of Iron Man is a gift to culture in a broad sense," he continued.
Majors himself will return to the big screen to play a villain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as Kang the Conqueror in the film "Avengers 5" which is scheduled to be released in 2025. Meanwhile, Downey last appeared as Tony Stark aka Iron Man in the film "Avengers: Endgame" (2019).
Majors recently joined the MCU through the series "Loki" as the Time-Keepers or the time keepers. He was then lined up to play Kang the Conqueror who will appear in the film "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania" which will be released this year.
"Avengers: The Kang Dynasty" will be Majors' second film as Kang the Conqueror, followed by "Avengers: Secret Wars," which is slated for release in 2026.
"I would love to face him on the big screen to see how our philosophy, acting and character wise, personally, fit. I think he's a very interesting actor, that's why Iron Man is so interesting," said Majors.
