NGC 769
- is a 13th-magnitude spiral galaxy in the constellation Triangulum.
🔹️NGC 769 was discovered in November twice:
- first discovery on 9 November 1866 by Truman Safford
- second discovery on 5 November 1882 by Édouard Stephan.
The galaxy is located 203 million light-years from the Milky Way and is about 45,000 light-years across.
