Jessica Iskandar's mortgage installments are in arrears for 3 months, Raffi Ahmad: I'll help for a month
Cases of alleged fraud and embezzlement of 11 of her cars made Jessica Iskandar unable to pay her mortgage installments for three months.
Not only one house, but there are two houses in Jakarta that he has not been able to pay the installments for the past three months.
"It's still in installments, the installments are still on, one (house) is five years old, the other (the other) is still two years away," said Jessica Iskandar as quoted from FYP Trans 7, Tuesday (11/8/2022).
"Now it's three months in arrears A'," said Jessica, looking at Raffi Ahmad.
Smiling, Jessica put on a sad face in front of Raffi.
Even the artist who is familiarly called Jedar sat down on his knees in front of Raffi Ahmad.
Seeing this, Raffi immediately asked the amount of Jessica's house installments in Jagakarsa and Kuningan, South Jakarta.
"How much per month?" asked Raffi.
"Yes, it's okay," Jessica answered, not feeling good about revealing it.
But Raffi forced Jessica to speak, and finally Jessica chose to tell Raffi in writing.
Jessica wrote in Raffi's palm, the two of them were then seen whispering.
"One like this, the other like this," said Jessica.
"Wow, it's too heavy," said Raffi.
Was surprised by the large mortgage installments for Jessica's two houses, Raffi finally decided to help.
"I'll help, one month," said Raffi.
"A month? Really?" Jessica asked excitedly.
"True," replied Raffi curtly.
Jessica welcomed Raffi's statement enthusiastically. The mother of two children jumped for joy.
Seeing Jessica's enthusiasm, Raffi confirmed that he could only help pay the installments for one month.
"Three months is a bit tough, Jes. I'll help for a month," said Raffi.
Even though she had received help from Raffi, Jessica had said that her house would still be sold.
This is because Jessica Iskandar is no longer able to pay the installments which are still quite long.
Previously, Jessica Iskandar admitted that he had advertised his house in Jakarta for sale.
"At first I didn't think about (selling) the house," Jessica said, quoted from the Morning Morning Ambyar Trans tv show.
"To the point that the banker called me, 'Jessica's mother this month can't be debited automatically because she doesn't have enough balance,'" he added.
