"GANDRUNG SEWU Festival"

An annual traditional dance festival took place at Banyuwangi (most eastern town of Java island). The dance is also signature to the area.
The festival does not only relate to non-tangible heritage and tourism, but also local administration management to evolve people's awareness on their identity and pride.
Surprisingly, this year's festival of 2022 was performed by 1.118 talented local dancers after selection of 3000 participants.
The whole performance is about happiness and cheerful dance, history, thanks giving, friendship, and social relationship. But new thing at the end performance is a touching moment when mothers' dancer found and hug their proudable daughters worked hard and performed fantastically.
